The only issue I have with Virtualbox is not
being able to bridge virtualbox adapter
to host adapter.

Hope on the next version this will be fixed.

host network interface was mostly broken in 1.6.0. Try 1.6.2. Bridging should be possible with Vista. Note that you can only have one bridge (Windows does not allow more than one bridge).
