Remember to zip the log before attaching it to your next message.

If Kaspersky antivirus has a real-time scanner, real-time filter or anything like that, disable it.
If that doesn't work, disable Kaspersky completely.
If that doesn't work, uninstall Kaspersky.

I noticed the windows 7 host "user32.dll" error in the log that's been cropping up lately. Maybe run "scf /scannow" in a Run-As-Admin command prompt?

I'm afraid we can't answer Kaspersky support questions, especially when posed in French screenshots. You'd have to ask Kaspersky about that.

Problem started after reinstalling, worked fine before (same version, nothing changed on pc). Already added exclusions to the programs folder and .exe, uninstalled Malwarebytes and deactivated Windows Defender too. Windows 10 64bit - v1607

Something changed, software does not behave randomly. Since you have a Win10 host I would read the posts about disabling Hyper-v.
