Did you try switching off the Windows firewall of your Windows Server 2012?

Why did you configure a static IP manually? Doesn't your LAN have a DHCP server?
It is always best (and easiest) to allow a bridged adapter to get an IP from DHCP if possible.

No, for server operating system you normally never use DHCP. Many server services don't work correctly with dynamically assigned addresses.

Very true, but you need to get the network config working before you start configuring server roles.

Check in your Host OS Device Manager (I'm assuming your Host OS is Windows) if the bridged network adapters are actually working or if they have yellow icon with exclamation mark on them.
