I know , windows xp is old but could someone help me.
I have found on this forum that for windows 8 we must remove Hyper-V . But i did not found how to do it on windows XP ?

XP does not have Hyper-V.

Can you also help me , because I don't find where in the BIOS.
I have found an information on internet so i look in the menu for Advanced BIOS Features then for CPU Feature but I didn't found.

The error you are getting could be because your computer doesn't have a CPU that supports VT-x/AMD-V.
Can you give us more info such as the make, model, cpu etc. of the PC?

the PC is an ACER bought in 2009.

The Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 doesn't have support for VT-x.

Martin is correct, and this means that you cannot create a Windows 8 VM on this host, at least not using VirtualBox (I don't know about other software).
