Host is Vista, Guest is XP, can I use shared folders ?

First of all, congratulations to all Virtualbox team for this excellent utility.

This is my problem:

I´ve been crazy about this issue. I cannot see the shared folder in my Vista Machine. I have set the Shared Folder from my XP guest VM, but I cannot see where I can access the folder in my VISTA machine.

Is it possible ?

If so, can someone explain step by step What should I do ?
