Error Message:
Failed to create the host network interface.
Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)

Steps:
File > Preferences (Ctrl + G) > Network > Host-only Networks > Add host-only networks (Ins)

Version:

Similar issue, but mine is in Windows 7
