Auto login with host credentials

I have set up a VM that is running Windows XP. It is running on a Windows 7 host. I am wondering if anyone knows a way to auto log into the VM using the same credentials as the host. So it would be something like this:
Turn on host
Log into host using UN/PW
VM auto starts
VM auto logs in using UN/PW

I have looked through settings in VirtualBox and didn't see anything, but wondering if I am missing something or if someone knows a way or is using a script. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!
