Guest Additions for Win95/98

Is really so hard to create Guest Additions for Win 95/98 ??
Why Virtualbox team have decided to support only Windows XP/NT/Vista based plattforms?? I think, VBOX can be an emulator also for old games (for Win95/Win98), but without SVGA support (and maybe graphic acceleration) is this impossible. VirtualPC and Vmware has created such support, why Virtualbox team hadn't?

Innotek is a Company earning money with their products.

If there is no need for WinDOS Support, then there will be no WinDOS Support.

I think only some gamers are interested for this.
