Setting up Ubuntu with VirtualBox

Anyone know a site where I can get some nice information on how to set up Ubuntu 7.10 Gusty Gibson on VirtualBox using a LiveCD?

I recently installed Ubuntu using Virtualbox and Ubuntu 7.10 LiveCD - The Live CD can be used as exactly that, but if mounted in Virtualbox, it can be used as the primary boot device and the OS installed immediately.
