This is what I was answered by one of the managers... (while asking to promote this issue)Of course, we don't have enough engineering staff to even hope to tackle all open tickets, so that is still no guarantee of getting a fix or even someone to look at it. If the issue is very important to you you might want to try finding someone outside of our team interested in helping out.
So I'm looking for someone outside can help...
