[Solved] VirtualBox installation problem

VirtualBox can't be installed on Windows PC ... ...... error log says

Windows XP3 and install package - VirtualBox 4.1.2 for Windows hosts x86/amd64 - VirtualBox-4.1.2-73507-Win.exe (downloaded several times succesfully), user access permissions = administrator

Where is problem?
