Guest additions in Ubuntu 7.04 installieren

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe Ubuntu 7.04 als Gast unter WinXP mit Virtualbox installiert. Beim Versuch die Guest Additions zu installieren bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung:

VirtualBox 1.4.0 Guest Additions installation
Please install the build and header files for your current Linux kernel.
The current kernel version is 2.6.20-16-386
Problems were found which would prevent the Guest Additions from installing.
Please correct these problems and try again.

Kann mir jemand helfen ?

i have installed Ubuntu 7.04 under Winxp Host as Guest in Virtualbox. If i try to Install the Guest Additions i get the following error :

Hatte damit auch so meine Last. VBox muss die Kernelmodule für die Gasterweiterungen erst auf dem Zielsystem erstellen. Du musst also einige Dinge in (K)Ubuntu nachinstallieren, da sie nicht in der Standardinstallation dabei sind.
Das muss da sein: (Ich hoffe, ich bekomme noch alle zusammen)

Das müsste es eigentlich gewesen sein...

danke für die Antwort. Habe da nur ein Problem. Ich bin absoluter Neuling was Linux betrifft. Kannst du mir erklären wie ich die Sachen installiere von denen du gesprochen hast ?

Oh Gott, ich bin auch Neuling und habe 1 1/2 Tage rumprobiert. Außerdem benutzte ich Kubuntu, nicht Ubuntu, d.h. bei mir sieht die Paketverwaltung ganz anders aus, als bei dir.
Bei mir öffne ich die Paketverwaltung (heißt die bei dir vielleicht "Adept" o.ä.?), dort suche ich nach "gcc", "make" und den kernel-dev-headers (unter "kernel" suchen und durchblättern") und was davon nicht da ist, installieren lassen (Internetverbindung nötig).
Probiers mal, notfalls mal in einem Linux-AhnungHab-Forum surfen...

From what LITTLE German I know, you need to install the kernel headers and build-essential.

Bei mir die Installation der Additions unter Kubuntu 7.04 war erfolgreich. Beim naechsten Login crasht aber der X11 Server. Hat jemand das Problem schon gehabt (und geloest ) ?
