mount.vboxsf: mounting failed with the error: protocol error

My box is windows 7 x64 and guest is centos 5.4 x86.

At booting, there is this error message.

/sbin/mount.vboxsf: mounting failed with the error: protocol error

Pleaase confer this attached picture.
