Xp, size and file

Here I am in Vista and I virtualised XP Pro.
Well done j'aimerai know if I can resize my window as virtualization. For when I put in full screen, I can not go above 1024x800 whereas normally I 1280x1024 ...

In short, and a second question I would like to send a file on my hard disc (normal computer) to the windows virtuel. But no way to do this manipulation!

What to do? Thanks!
