Windows Live Messenger Video Calls in host fails

Postby bigmetsfan » 14. Jan 2010, 20:38

Attempting a video call in Windows Live Messenger with VirtualBox installed fails. When attempting a video call, receive the error "Messenger is not available right now. Please try again later. (0x8ac70013)". (Also see other error codes with the same message).

Running Windows Live Messenger 2009 on Windows 7 64-bit.

Video conferencing in Messenger worked fine before installing VirtualBox, and works fine after uninstalling VirtualBox.

Using VirtualBox 3.1.2-56127.
