3.0.10 Sound Problems

I'm running VirtualBox on an XP Pro 64-bit system that previously had 3.0.6. When I upgraded to 3.0.10 I lost all sound support in my Linux VMs (SuSE 11.1 and Ubuntu 9.04). With either of them, if I disable the audio the VM will boot normally, but if I leave audio enabled my host OS tanks right as the VM desktop is displayed and the welcome sound would start to play.
