Ethernet Controller Missing in WinXP 64bit Guest

Post by IHateLogInS »

Hi

I installed a Windows XP 64 bit as a Guest system (Host = Win XP 32 bit). But in the Guest system in the Computer Management is a Yellow Questionmark beside the entry "Ethernet Controller", and it is not possible to install any driver for it. Where can i find such a driver?
In the Virtual Box Settings the network is bridged to my phsical network card.

Guest must be shutdown, not saved or paused.
Under the guest settings and adapter type choose the Intel PRO/1000 T Server.
Start the guest and see if it picks up the change.
