Vista Networking HIF

All,

When I try running VBoxManger from the command line as administrator I get an error saying cannot copy VBoxTAP.sys. I have explicitiy set the permissions of the file to "Full Access" for myself. Even when I manually try to copy the file Vista throws the same error...how do I overcome this problem?

Secondly because I have tried rerunning VBoxManager about 5 times and it always gets stuck on that file I mentioned above, I now have 5 Unknown Devices on my machine...how do I get rid of them? Everytime the computer boots it trys to find drivers for them and it can't find them....basically it's just annoying...
