Where can I get VBoxManage clonevdi from?

i´ve got an Windows XP Host System and want to clone some diffrent *.vdi´s.

I´ve read in this forum, that the "tool" VBoxManage clonevdi can do this, is that tool also available for windows? I can´t find it

VBoxManage is present in virtualbox folder and is a command line utility
