Cruzer MINI USB Stick Not working

What's the secret to get this to be recognized? I did a search here but couldn't find an answer. USB controller is enabled in settings and it is on the USB device list but I can't access it in my virtual Win 2k.

Hopefully you figured it out, but did you add it to the device filter?

Also, you should make sure that Windows 2000 is up and running before you insert the USB Stick.
