CPU @50+% when guest is idle

Post by hfwang »

Hi all,

I've installed the 'sneak preview' 1.5 that was available for a short while (stumbled on that one by accident).

Now when I start up a CentOS guest machine (example) the CPU usage of my Win XP SP2 host varies between 50 and 99%, even if the guest machine is idle (fully booted, not logged in, no disk activity)

Any pointers I can check please ?

Thanks,
-HF

Ok, this seems to be solved somehow...

Uninstalled VB1.5.0 downloaded at sep 1st. Downloaded and installed VB1.5.0 from sep 3rd. Now CPU is as normal.
