mouse attached to work with the vm only work but with no pointer , hidden
i try to ctrl and many things but he still work but hidden pointer

I see an extra USB device attached to the VM:
I surmise that if you turn off the VM's Mouse Integration (see the Mouse icon on the VM window's status bar, the VM's mouse pointer may appear inside the VM. You may need to not let the VM go Fullscreen or Seamless, also.

i removed the mouse integration and work with normal (window) and made restart inside vm
mouse appear and work like normal, also host mouse work well

Great! Glad you're up and running.
Note that with Mouse Integration off, you will get your host mouse locked in the VM window if you click the host mouse in the VM OS. Tap the Host key (default Right Ctrl, see the VM's status bar far right) to release the host mouse.
