VM crashed

Post by Thomas_h »

I know it's not the section but I don't really know how the forum is managed, I'm sorry.
I was trying to export my virtual machine, but suddenly realized that the original file was throwing this error:

TEXT OF THE MESSAGE:
The image says: The instruction at 0x00007FFFB1DA8C27 referenced memory at 0x000000000015. The memory could not be read.
Click accept to end this program.

I had important things installed in that VM, please if anyone knows how I can fix it, I would really appreciate it. I also attached this other information:

The VM session was aborted.

Result Code:E_FAIL (0X80004005)
Component:SessionMachine
Interface:ISession {c0447716-ff5a-4795-b57a-ecd5fffa18a4}

It's really easy to manage when folks use the New Topic button instead of Reply for their new topics.

Try rebooting the host and see if the VM starts again.
