Trouble connecting to OCI

Hi All,

Not sure if this is the place but figured I would ask here.

I am messing around with the Oracle cloud free tier and VirtualBox. I follow all the instructions, but I get the following error:

Failed to create cloud client.
Failed to read signing key from "D:\Bin\oci-keys\nk-oci-key.pem": VERR_CR_KEY_FORMAT_NOT_SUPPORTED.

E_FAIL (0X80004005)

I have literally followed the youtube guide down to keysize and such, but no luck. I have also generated new keys a couple times, and used the OCI generated API Keys. All with no luck and same error

Just to let you know, we've seen this, but I haven't played with OCI because when I first tried they asked for a credit card number, which ain't gonna happen.
