VirtualBox performance and Windows Virtualization-Base Security

Hello everybody!
The question is: Is it technically possible to have VirtualBox or any other than Microsoft virtualization software (Hyper-V) running on Windows OS with Virtualizaion-Base Security (VBS) ON and have no performance issues?
Is it just matter of time to get it working normally together or is it not possible?

VirtualBox started to have performance issues in last year summer. The only way to have it working normally again is to turn off VBS.
Second solution is using Hyper-V, which has a downside of having troubles with Firewall catching all its communication since the address translation is done on the host itself not before.

Future predicting is iffy. If Microsoft would stop sticking every bit of new security feature under Hyper-V, then yes, quite possibly, one day. I'll bet the devs will just switch off their computers and close down Virtualbox when Microsoft's Notepad begins to require Hyper-V, though.

A few years ago, actually, when Hyper-V started to get released. It's been quite a ride for the devs, no doubt, chasing Microsoft.
