Is it still necessary to disable native Windows 1x Hyper-V to run guests under Virtualbox 7.x.x?

Like in the subject. In version 6.x.x it was always needed disable native Windows 1x Hyper-V to get a decent guest experience under Virtualbox. Is it still true for version 7.x.x?

Windows 10 and Windows 11 come in many flavors, in some case VirtualBox will tolerate Hyper-v being enabled. VirtualBox doesn't ever like having Hyper-v around.
(I was tempted to include Windows 1 in the list as a joke since it arguably matches the wildcard ).
