The green turtle in the VM's Status bar says your host has Hyper-V enabled. Try 2 processors in the VM.

I actually figured it out a minute ago, it turns out I had set the wrong version for the kali. I set it to "other Linux x64" because of a few guides, but I let it auto select and it chose "Ubuntu x64".
Now its working!
