Hi all,
my computer updated to 22H2 last evening. Suddenly my Virtual Box causes a blue screen when starting my Ubuntu18.04 guest.
Maybe this is a general issue with this update.
- HyperV is deactivated (just checked after the update)
- Virtual Box Version: 6.1.30 r148432

Re: Win11 22H2 - Virtual Box Bluescreen
And you tried reinstalling VirtualBox?
If that didn't help then provide a VM log file. Make sure the VM is fully shut down, then right click it in the manager UI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.

Hi mpack,
thanks for your support. Since I have no time to investigate into this further, I decided to update to the latest release of Virtual Box 6.1.38. This fixed the issue.

Right, so a reinstall was all that was needed - common after a Windows feature update.
