win10 guest running slow

My host box is win 10 with 16 gb of ram. I have a vbox host running win10 with 6 GB configured. It seems to be slow and sluggish. They only thing I am doing currently, and have been using it for, is one tab open in firefox. From task manager, cpu and memory seem to be fine. What could be causing this? I am running vbox 6.1.

Start the VM from full normal shutdown, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the VM from within the VM's OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the VM with the Power Off option set.

Right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log, zip it, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
