Seamless mode still not working on Windows 10 Guest

For a couple of years now seamless mode has been broken for virtual machines running on a Windows 10 host and Windows 10 Guest. Seamless mode does work on a Guest running Windows XP.

Is there a solution for the Windows 10 Guest to get this functionality back?

It starts out working with a small guest desktop background boarder around the guest windows.

Working (Kinda)

Then you guest starts to show part of the desktop

Then when you open the start menu on the guest you end up with the full guest desktop and seamless mode if essentially broken. Yes, I can see both task bars but I can no longer see host windows "seamlessly" with the guest.

Just verified that seamless mode is STILL broken in VirtualBox 7.0.6
