Hi,
I have installed VirtualBox and created a new Win10 VM in it.
The VM comes up and seems to work.
I am struggling to be able to transfer data between the host and the guest VM.
I have installed Guest services, set the clipboard to be bidirectionally shared and created a "VM Share" on my host desktop which the VM can see.
However I can nothing to transfer to the VM using any method.
Any help appreciated.
Regards, Graham.

Re: Trying to a Win10 VM to share data with the host Win10 system.
A real shared folder from the host OS using its normal sharing methods, and sent over a Bridged or Host-Only network, can be seen in the VM using the VM OS's usual methods to see a real shared folder.
Virtualbox Shared Folders requires Guest Additions, see section 4 in the manual. No network is needed with this setup.
Please clarify what your setup is now.
