Post by hello is me »

everytime i set up my windows 7 vm and then this appears
The I/O cache encountered an error while updating data in medium "ahci-0-0" (rc=VERR_DISK_FULL). Make sure there is enough free space on the disk and that the disk is working properly. Operation can be resumed afterwards.

Error ID:
BLKCACHE_IOERR
Severity:
Non-Fatal Error

How many other ways to say it do you need?

It is pretty simple and a standard use of the word "host". A vm cannot exist without some physical machine to host it. The physical PC is the host, the vm is the guest.
