No, Oracle doesn't lock old forum accounts.
Hyper-V on or off did not matter for me here as I had it off before the update and on after but on 6.1.30 the Ubuntu VM works fine. The bug looks to be a change in 6.1.32 (which has more compatible driver for Windows 11 in terms of a security feature of Windows)


My old account would not work so I had to create an account to post this comment (old account was a pre Oracle forum account was a virtualbox site account)

VirtualBox 6.1.36 (released July 19 2022) works.

I feel like this issue is resolved in 6.1.36. I so far haven't seen the message and the VM had gone from crazy sluggish to quite snappy. Previous it was slow even typing, I would type an 8 letter word and 4 letters would appear and then another 4 after 10 seconds.
