Not officially, yet. That hasn't stopped people from successfully using it on Win11 hosts though.
Creating Win11 guests is a bigger problem in fact, due to be fixed in the next major release - but in the meantime even that is easily surmountable using the well known "Win11 compatibility check" workarounds available via Google.

I did not need to use the reg work around as I documented in the following post for W11 guest install:
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=103946&start=75#p509554
I have not tried to install it on later versions of VB, but hopefully the devs have not broken it.
Give W11 a go as a guest as it can be done if you use the right VB version and use the appropriate installation process, which has varied over time.
