MacOS doesn't install after mapping table

I'm trying to install macOS catalina 10.15 on virtual box. My virtual box is running on Windows 11. My virtual box has following setting

When I start running macOS on virtual. It just stop running after mapping table

I was waiting for 1 hour. but it doesn't show anything.
