Hello,
I kindly want to ask about a topic related to the subject.
I'm installing Debian 8 in Virtualbox and using it as a host for DHCP Server,
and I want to connect that virtual machine to a different PC.
Is there any way to do that?

Re: Connecting a Virtual Machine to a different PC
Do you mean that you want a physical PC to get its DHCP config from the DHCP server on your vm? That is not an easy task.
Where is the PC? Is it on a network which already has a DHCP server? If it is, then it is not really possible. If you have two DHCP servers on the same network, the results are unpredictable.
We would need a lot more information about how you physical machines are networked to say anything useful about this question. Setting up a vm to get its config from your DHCP server is easier.

Re: Connecting a Virtual Machine to a different PC
Hmm. We often have to read between the lines here to deal with language issues. I took "connect the VM to a different PC" to mean "move the VM to a different PC". Perhaps that was wrong?
@mrizkarc: Feel free to post again in your own language if you need to make yourself clearer.
