Fail to run VM: VERR_NEM_INIT_FAILED

Hi

I am using VM for a long time on Windows 10 Machine.
The OS inside the VM is Ubuntu.
Today during using the VM, the Windows crashed suddenly. After restart, I updated the VM software.
Since then the VM is failing just after start with the below message:

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Ubuntu.

Call to NEMR0InitVMPart2 failed: VERR_NEM_INIT_FAILED (VERR_NEM_VM_CREATE_FAILED).

I saw other failures with suggestions to uncheck the windows sandbox & HyperV in the "windows features: - they were unchecked in this case already.
Still I restarted twice....
I also uninstalled the VM and reinstalled - same problem.

Any idea?

PS: I installed previous version of VM, now it works. I assume it is a bug.

6.1.28 introduced a bug on Windows 10 hosts while trying to handle 11.

Running a previous version is OK, as well as disabling Hyper-V, See HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active).
