Hi Team,
I have installed the latest version of the Oracle Virtual box along with the extension pack. However, when I try to launch a VM I get a weird error.
"Failed to open a session for the Virtual machine.
The virtual machine 'ubuntu' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code -1073741819 (0xc0000005). More details may be available in 'C:\Users\xyz\VirtualBox VMs\ubuntu\Logs\VBoxHardening.log'.
Below steps, I tried to
1)I tried to re-install and install.
2) Installed 5.2 version and checked.
3) Removed any third-party software(AV) that can potentially block.
But still no luck
Tried to understand the VBoxHArdening.log file but I was not able to make any sense.
Could someone please help me? Attached VBOxHArdening.zip

I had to delete your duplicate post on this issue in Windows Guests. Duplicates aren't allowed, and it is a host issue.
Sophos is still installed. Also look for web-safe-browsing software. There is something unusual in "C:\Windows\pcdrm"kams1902 wrote:Removed any third-party software(AV)

Apologize. This was my first post. So created the post in error and realized and posted it in right group.
After uninstalling Samsung SDS End point protection. It worked for me. Thanks a lot for all your help.
