I can not launch any VM instance in my PC
Version 6.1.26 r145957 (Qt5.6.2)
also install Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-6.1.26
Try install winXp,win8 and win 10 and get some error
Please help

This is not a "Windows Guests" question - your host has been hacked, or you have installed some particularly obnoxious third party AV.

Windows Defender is native, it is not "third party AV".
I'm afraid that the log doesn't tell me all software installed on your host, all I can tell you is that your PC has something nasty installed, nasty in the sense of hacking Windows system DLLs in memory, which is what VirtualBox is detecting.
"Something" must be third party, because if the problem was native to Windows then we would all have the same problem. It's going to be Cylance Protect or something of that ilk - and that is a total guess btw since I have no actual info to go on.
