Hi, Damien from France
I just change my computer and try to move my VM from my old to the new
I've Backuped all the file, installed the same version of virtual box on the new computer, create a VM with same specifs, chose the hard drive I have copyed form the first computer
But When I start the VM, after a few second, there is an error and the VM shut down
On the first computer everything is ok and the VM works great.
What can I do ?? Thanks for your help,
Here is the log file and picture

Re: Error when I start my VM - Help !!
Hyper-V is enabled. See HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active)
Also, only copying the drive file and building a new VM around it will break the activation of software & OS in the new VM. Copying the whole VM folder and registering the copy with the main Virtualbox window's Machine menu Add command will preserve activation.

Thanks for this advice,
HyperV is active yes, I need for another machine.
I try what you say (copy the entire folder, and "add" the VM with the main command) but the result is the same
Cf log attached

Copying the VM folder will preserve activation of the VM's OS. It will not fix the Hyper-V problem.
If you cannot turn off Hyper-V then this VM won't work well. The devs are still working on Hyper-V and Virtualbox together, but for now in many cases, like yours, it's one or the other.
