The problem is solved in a strange way. Screenshot is attached (“analyze wait chain” is header). Maybe it help someone. But after removing (terminate) this process a blue screen appears.

It looks like your system had a malfunctioning process that you managed to kill using the Task Manager.
For the benefit of other users, when opening the Task Manager, under the "Details" tab, you will find a list of Windows running processes. When you right click on a process, and choose "Analyze wait chain" from the context menu, you will see all tree nodes, you can choose the suspect process and kill it; there are other ways and tools for doing the same thing.
However, seeing that there were fixed errors and you still had the issue, you may have other hidden issues. I would advise to perform a fresh clean install at your next Windows upgrade.
