I looked but could not find an answer that seems to work.
The host is a Windows 10 box.
The guest is Linux Mint 20.
Everything works except getting the transferred files moved out of the transfer directory. I can see them using the ls command. I get a permissions error doing anything else.
Changing the permissions on the transfer directory get the same permission denied error.
Could the problem be on the Windows end?
Any suggestions?
Thanks

I should have added that drag and drop works, but the bidirectional clipboard fails.

Start the VM from full power off, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the VM from within the VM OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the VM with the Power Off option set.
Please right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log, zip the log file, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
