Trouble in installing VirtualBox

Hi ,
I am trying to install virtualBox and getting the below error (that these application running), I have tried to restart, endtask etc, no solution. Attached is a screenshot

It seems pretty clear to me? You have something called "DPW Management Endpoint" installed, probably some kind of security widget, and Windows thinks it might interfere with VirtualBox.

If this is your own PC I would disable Hyper-v. See related article: HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active).

If this is a company PC then your IT guy will need to decide which to keep.

Incidentally, this is not a VirtualBox error. On Windows hosts VirtualBox is delivered as a standard Windows installer blob which informs the host OS about VirtualBox's resource needs. It's Windows that is telling you about this conflict, and the fact that (a) you get the dialog and (b) there's no "Continue anyway" button is probably a group policy decision by your IT guy.
