Blackscreen and flashing cursor

Iv'e seen others with this issue, as it does seem to be common, but none of the offered solutions seem to fix the problem.

Backstory, everything was working fine. I was able to host several different OS VMS without issue... then I installed docker on the host. I knew I could not run the two at the same time. Not a problem, I thought I'll just enable/sidable Hyper-V as needed. VirtualBox has not worked since. I've uninstalled Docker, reinstalled Virtualbox 6.1. Disabled Hyper-V and 3D acceleration. Rebooted countless times. My VM session now is nothing more than a flashing cursor in the upper left on a black background. Please help.

Hyper-V is still enabled. See HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active)
