Why is it trying to use IPv6? IS your host on a network which has a DHCP server ? Does your Server get its IP from that DHCP server?

When you use bridged networking, the guest should behave just like a physical PC on the same LAN as your host. My Windows 7 vm gets its IP from my local DHCP server, just as the host does.
