As of just tonight Virtual Box Manager will no longer open on my system running Windows 10.
No changes in hardware or software have occurred to the system.
I've removed, rebooted & reinstalled several different versions & that hasn't had an impact.
I've also killed everything I could find in the Task Manager & have tried starting as Administrator & with various Compatibility tab changes.
The strangest thing is I've been using it this week even & just today this started.
Most of the info I found is the same 4 steps remove, reboot reinstall check compatibility settings & things like this: I guess I can't post a link but it was to 1 of the usual "Here are these suggestions" articles that say like: Solution 1 – Reinstall VirtualBox
Solution 2 – Update graphic drivers
Solution 3 – Run the app in compatibility mode
Solution 4 – Turn off 3D graphics speed uncharacteristic
I do see items open in Task Manager though & every time I open Virtual Box I see another manager getting added to my Task Manager but I can't see any of them.

VirtualBox-6.0.24-139119-Win
All after removing, rebooting & reinstalling & no change
