I Do Not Understand! I Tried Replacing VirtualBox 7.0 To 6.1 But I Could Not Do That! WHAT HAPPENED? I Can Tell You The Hardware Virtualization Is On In The BIOS Settings (Not UEFI.) I Have Almost Tried Everything And It's Still There!

I surmise from "Tried Replacing VirtualBox 7.0 To 6.1" that you were attempting to downgrade Virtualbox. And for some as-yet-unstated reason, the process failed.
