I am not very tech savvy, and download Virtual Box on Mac so I could run a few programs that can only be downloaded on Mac. I downloaded MacOS Catalina first, then immediately upgraded it to MacOS monterey (because the program required Monterey or higher). However, the virtual box crashes every few minutes, rendering it impossible to get anything done. It's also quite laggy sometimes, but still usable.
Also, I'm not sure if MacOS Catalina worked well either, because I immediately downloaded the OS update after it booted up.
Running MacOS Monterey in Virtual Box, keeps randomly rebooting!
