I had the same issue on Win10. I reverted back to 6.1.30 r148432 and it's fast and stable.

"Shutting down WSL and Docker" will do nothing. This is not a case where two type 2 hypervisors can co-exist if you run them at different times. Hyper-v is a type 1 hypervisor - meaning that it boots first and the apparant host OS is itself really a VM. You have to disable the Windows feature entirely in order to avoid conflicts with VirtualBox.

See HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active) for details.

As you are using WSL2 and Docker you have hyper-v enabled.

Another option is to try the 6.1.35 test build as it works with Hyper-V in my testing. I have WSL2 and Docker and VirtualBox all working on the one PC with VB 3.1.35 r151866.
