Please pick one of the VMs that have this problem.

Start the VM from full normal shutdown, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the VM from within the VM's OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the VM with the Power Off option set.

Right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log and the hardening log next to it, zip them, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.

I'm surprised the VM runs at all, there are several config problems.
00:00:03.287557 Host RAM: 8037MB (7.8GB) total, 2851MB (2.7GB) available
...
00:00:03.473306 RamSize <integer> = 0x000000011f100000 (4 816 109 568, 4 593 MB, 4.4 GB)
00:00:03.473513 VRamSize <integer> = 0x0000000004000000 (67 108 864, 64 MB)
Your PC is very low on RAM, you definitively can't afford to dedicate 4.5GB to a VM. You can just about afford 2048MB.
00:00:03.473304 NumCPUs <integer> = 0x0000000000000001 (1)
Your PC has 4 cores, it can afford 2 for the VM.

Note that the Raspberry Pi OS has an unusual desktop environment, I'm not certain that it can be expected to work. Though I believe it does.

I don't know what to tell you. I have a Raspberry Pi OS VM and mouse integration works perfectly. The Guest Additions are not 100% happy, e.g. I can't change the display size from the View menu, but in general the GAs seem to work well. Also I like the taskbar to be at the bottom, but the RPi OS locates it below the bottom of the display window, which it doesn't do on a physical monitor.

Make sure that you have not added a USB filter to the VM that might be grabbing the mouse. The host must own mouse and keyboard. If in doubt, disable USB support in the VM entirely - there are easier alternatives for almost everything it provides.

My problem is: If I finished the installation from the Guest Additions, my external USB Mouse is freezing. I can use only the Mousepad on my Laptop. The VM doesn´t run.

I don't see usage of an extra USB device in the posted log.

OK, so this means the 'mouse' in Virtualbox is working, since the built-in mousepad can control the VM. There's something interfering with the external mouse. Does this external mouse require or use any extra installed software (like Logitech, etc.?)

Please right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose "Show in Explorer/Finder/File Manager". In the window that opens, zip the VM's .vbox file (not the .vbox-prev file), and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab. (Please make sure all file extensions are shown, so you will be able to see the .vbox extension easier.)

The .vbox file does not show any unusual settings or USB filters. The pointing device is the default for Debian, USB Tablet.

1. Please confirm that you can use the VM when using the laptop trackpad.

2. If you disconnect the external mouse, then start the VM, then plug the mouse back in, does the external mouse work in the VM?

3. If you set the VM to USB 2 instead of USB 3 (the VM must be shut down fully for this) does the external mouse work?

OK on 1 & 2.

re 3:
Gamingisyourchoice wrote:(the filter option ist grey)
This is because the VM is not fully shut down:
scottgus1 wrote:the VM must be shut down fully for this
Saved State etc is not a shut down. The VM in the list should say "powered off".
